Though most of our work is done in corporate organisations, we do run some open programmes and experiences that are available for all – places and spaces where people like you can explore what it means and what it takes to be alive, connected and conscious in the world.
The Sanctum
orn back in 2020 in the chaotic heart of the global pandemic, The Sanctum is a space for ‘Cultivating the spirit of self in sacred sanctuary’ As life ebbs and flows around us, and inside us in myriad ways, it is a place for you to settle, soften and unfold, to sink deep into self, remember, discover and wonder – somewhere to be quiet, introspective yet connected – energetically held by a community of fellow seekers, travelling The Sanctum alongside you.

Winter.
The dark season.
The days shorten, the light fades, and we are invited to go ‘in’.
This is a time of quieting, shedding and of transmutation, of moving subtly – under the surface, deep in the shadows.
A time for dying, so that when the lightness returns, we can birth ourselves anew – ready to meet the hungers of our time, ready to answer their call.
This season, I invite you to join me once again in community for the Sanctum, A Darkling.
In each circle, held weekly, we’ll meet for sacred community ceremony. In our gatherings we’ll rest into tea ritual, gently guided by poetry and systemic wisdom, and connect in silent meditation and reflective space. We participate in our collective experience in silence – this is a quiet space with heaps of connection, but no sharing circle or group conversation, so you can rest in and gently explore in privacy, as part of a beautiful conscious community.
All sessions are optional – come as and when you please.
The Practicalities
- 9 x live group sessions via Zoom, each centred loosely around a silent meditative tea ceremony, guided by Laura
- Meeting 7:30-8:30am UK Fridays – December 5th, 12th, 19th and January 2nd – 30th inclusive.
- Our 9th ‘extra’ session will take place on Sunday 21st December 2:30-3:30pm, so we can experience the exact movement of Winter Solstice together.
Occasionally, as life shows up, a date may need to move and will be rearranged.
£180 inc vat for new members of the community. The usual discounted price is available for existing or alumni Sanctum community members, please ask me for the discount code.
*If cost prohibits you from joining, please let us know and we’ll make a space available to you in a different way.
