Experiences: The Sanctum, A Yearning
Though most of our work is done in corporate organisations, we do run some open programmes and experiences that are available for all – places and spaces where people like you can explore what it means and what it takes to be alive, connected and conscious in the world.
The Sanctum
Born back in 2020 in the chaotic heart of the global pandemic, The Sanctum has always been a place for us to listen underneath the noise – for what is true, and real and enduring; somewhere where we can connect with the natural order of things, and so remember how we might move well in a complex, ever-changing world.
It’s a community space where we gather silently, to witness, to feel, to settle and unfold.

First, the rupture in the darkness.
And the stillness inside it all.
Every pain, every tear, every dream – a yearning.
From this tender place, anything can be seen and made known. And so, anything is possible.
The question is, are you willing to stay long enough to truly know that?
Come and join us in The Sanctum this season and find out.
In each circle, held weekly, we’ll meet for sacred community ceremony – resting into ‘ChaDao’ tea ritual – gently guided by poetry, systemic wisdom, music, mediation and ‘prayer’.
We listen to the field, and move with it.
This is a silent, reflective space – warm, deep, contained. There is unmeasurable, potent connection, but no sharing circle or group conversation, so you can rest in and gently explore in your inner world as part of a beautiful, conscious holding community.
All sessions are optional – come as and when you please. Bring all that you are, offer in what you have, take what you need.
The Practicalities
- 7 x live group sessions via Zoom, each centred loosely around a silent meditative tea ceremony, guided by Laura
- • Meeting 7:30-8:30am UK Fridays December 4th, 11th, 18th and January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th.
- • At least one additional session will be offered to bridge the Christmas/New Year break. Date(s) tbc – likely around the turn of the year.
Occasionally, as life shows up, a date may need to move and will be rearranged.
£180 inc vat for new members of the community. The usual discounted price is available for existing or alumni Sanctum community members, please ask me for the discount code.
*If cost prohibits you from joining, please let us know and we’ll make a space available to you in a different way.
