What is Calm?

Calm is a one-day development experience for teams.

In Calm you’ll get to pause for breath together, through a facilitated blend of individual, small group and whole-team working sessions. You’ll get to experience tools and techniques that connect you more with your physical body, your inner emotional state and your and mental experience of life and work.

All of this will mean you can pause for breath together more often back in the workplace, and the tools and techniques you’ll take away will ensure you can stay calm, clear, focused and present in the midst of your fast and busy day-to-day lives.

This day is different from the norm. There are no bells and whistles, no big bang and no fancy, forced exercises. What’s on offer is a simple, spacious, and meaningful experience, for the team who are ready to calm down, get centred and expand themselves – together.
